Kimberly, also a corporate attorney, brings over 8 years of legal and business experience to the True Light Solutions team. Kimberly believes in staying true to one’s word, letting your work speak for itself, and word-of-mouth marketing. Kimberly always strives for excellence whether in law, business, or as a service supplier in the telecom industry. She also believes in giving back to her community, peers, and young professionals. She enjoys working with her family and likes getting out to do some field work with her husband from time to time.

Angelo's (A.J.) love for 'why things work the way they do' has given him a natural aptitude for field engineering, mapping, and network design. His attention to detail makes him exceptional in producing quality work according to customer's standards. A.J.'s several years of managerial experience, along with his friendly and personal disposition makes him enjoyable to work with. He is grateful and feels God has blessed him with the opportunity to co-own and operate a field engineering service company with his wife, Kimberly.

Josiah’s active lifestyle and passion for wilderness backpacking opened the door for his first venture into telecommunications during the snowy Michigan winter of 2021-2022. Traversing the powdery snow and icy streams was an exciting challenge that utilized and enhanced both his aptitude for navigation and interest in maps. Since then, his insatiable curiosity paved the way from the humble beginnings of doing field work in Michigan, to learning the ins and outs of telecommunications as well as what it takes for the planning and installation of fiber optic networks.

Kate—literally a 'cable dog'—is on the road with her TLS family full-time. An indispensable part of the team—she holds it all together by bringing TLS the added joy that everyone needs as they perform their daily responsibilities. She is not’ afraid to go anywhere and has performed countless miles of walkout with the team.
